Centenary Childcare & Early Education Centre is a Centre rated with an EXCEEDING Rating that is a family-owned service who appreciates their staff for the amazing job that they do. We are located in Mt Ommaney which is in the Western suburbs of Brisbane.

We are looking for an excellent, dedicated and professional Childcare Administrator who is motivated, passionate & enthusiastic. If you have a genuine love of children and customer service, you may be just the person we are looking for. Childcare is a very rewarding occupation, but it requires a certain degree of commitment, so you will need to have a excellent work ethic, an organised nature and be extraordinary. **Details of the position**:
To be successful in this position you will have strong customer service, administrative and communication skills with experience in using Xap. You will have a cooperative approach to working with families, be a self-motivated, innovative and enthusiastic team player and be able to manage your workload in an efficient, professional, confidential and courteous manner with attention to detail.

Essential criteria
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- demonstrated expertise and practice in XAP
- demonstrated expertise in the management of CCS and other parts of childcare administration, positive attitude and willingness to learn
- competence in MS Office with fast and accurate data entry skills
- excellent self-management and time management skills
- ability to work in the rooms if required
- all applicants MUST hold a current blue-card
- if you do not hold a childcare qualification, then you must be willing to study to obtain a Certificate 3 or Diploma in Children's Services.

**Salary**: From $33.70 per hour

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Childcare Administration: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Clear & Fluent English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
