About the role

a

Technical Lead

in our Technology Delivery - Member Solutions Mobile and Correspondence technology team, you will provide senior level expertise to ensure that Technology enables and supports the execution of Australian Retirement Trust Technology and Business strategy. You will be responsible to maintain awareness of opportunities by latest product features, new technologies and contribute to the platform roadmap, whilst articulating and planning the vision and strategy for the platforms within the domain.

This is a permanent opportunity where you will bring demonstrated experience in effective communication, as you collaborate with managers and team members

to foster a team culture of technical innovation and stability, provide effective technical leadership, risk management, collaboration, and mentoring.

About you

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications may include:
Bachelor’s degree or combination of relevant education and experience

Demonstrable experience with Agile delivery methodologies (SAFe, SCRUM etc) including Agile solution design and documentation techniques

Ability to lead, coach, motivate and mentor technical team members in good architectural practices.

Demonstrated ability to handle conflict resolution between requirements and deliverables

Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities and tasks

Demonstrated extensive knowledge of designing/constructing and managing solutions within internal, outsourced and cloud environments and on-premise technology.

Have a solid understanding of Mobile and/ or Correspondence technology will be highly desirable and will give you the competitive edge.

You will have a love of sharing your knowledge, fostering innovation and bringing ideas to life.
