About us
Australian Multicultural Community Services (AMCS) was established by a group of visionary community leaders who were concerned about migrant welfare and wanted to ensure that non-English speaking migrants had the same access to needed services and opportunities. Fast forward 35 years and we're proud to have continued implementing our founding members' initial vision.
We are seeking to appoint an experienced and dynamic Manager Home Care Services to lead and manage the AMCS' HCP and CHSP programs.
About the role
The Manager Home Care Services position is integral to the successful delivery of services through the HCP and CHSP programs. The Manager will be responsible for growth and retention of clients, ensuring that the teams meet the diverse and complex needs of all clients whilst maintaining a high level of compliance and client satisfaction.
It is a full time, ongoing position.
Salary negotiable.

**Our ideal applicant will have**:
Prior experience with HCPP and CHSP including comprehensive knowledge of funding arrangements, regulations and service provision
Excellent program and staff management experience
Comprehensive knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, best practice and experience in assessment, care planning and service delivery to older persons living in the community
Degree in management, business, case management or equivalent is essential
High level of communication and negotiation skills
Demonstrated decision making and analytical skills
Clinical qualifications are preferred but not essential
All applicants must consent to complete a national criminal record check. As a government-funded organisation, AMCS has to follow government directives so evidence of the COVID-19 vaccination or exemption will be required.
