**About the role**
Join our team as the Administration Officer, contributing to the successful execution of the Council's immunisation program. Your responsibilities will include maintaining precise and current immunisation records and reports, while also offering efficient and accurate administrative support and exceptional customer service. Be a crucial part of a rewarding and impactful role in public health.
- Other responsibilities include_:

- Assist in the implementation and evaluation of the annual immunisation program.
- Attend and assist with community and school immunisation sessions
- Maintain all records pertaining to Council’s immunisation program
- Attend out of hours Immunisation sessions
- Attend and assist in all immunisation sessions for the Staff Vaccination Program.
- Provide statistics, reports and immunisation information as required.

Please be aware this role is based at Town Hall and you will be required to attend various Council Immunisation sessions across our community each week therefore you will need to be available for work on some evenings and some Saturday mornings. **About you**
You are a proactive and efficient individual with an approachable nature, exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to detail. You possess strong customer service skills with highly developed written and oral communication skills.

The following is also required:

- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word Access and Excel
- Good organisational skills
- A minimum two years’ experience in an administration role and/or the completion of a post-secondary course in business/administration.
- Previous experience in Local Government or Medical administration (desirable)
- Current Drivers License
