We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Outbound Team Leader to join our team. The purpose of this role is to coach and grow your teams to continued success as they reach out to Aussie businesses who have indicated they need our assistance in the field of Human Resources & Work Health & Safety.

As an experienced Team Leader, you will know how to motive both individually and as a team collective. You will thrive in a fast paced environment and like the health competition of ensuring your team is at the top of the leader board.

You will be a leader who understands what a high performing culture looks likes and have the ability to model success to replicate performance.

You will possess an impeccable standard of presentation including verbal, written and dress and proven experience in leading outbound teams.
