**Position Overview**:

As a Warehouse Technician, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the meticulous preparation, testing, and maintenance of photography equipment and point-of-sale systems at our Chatswood West facility. You will guarantee that our offsite teams receive top-notch, fully functional equipment for their photography needs. Your technical expertise, analytical mindset, and attention to detail will be instrumental in the success of our operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cabling and Equipment Setup**: Efficiently set up photography roadcases, ensuring all equipment, cables and components are correctly connected and organized.
- **Equipment Testing**: Thoroughly test all photography equipment and point-of-sale systems to ensure they meet quality standards and are ready for use.
- **Equipment Inspection**: Conduct routine checks for equipment damage, promptly attending to repairs or replacements.
- **Asset Management**: Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, ensuring all items are tracked, labelled, and accounted for.
- **Field Support**: Provide technical support to staff in the field, offering assistance and troubleshooting as needed during on-site events and setups.
- **Event Bump In and Bump Out**: Assist with equipment setup and teardown during events, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.

**Workhours**:

- During Nov and Dec, employees are rostered for peak hours
- Rostered 6 days per week, with one day off (weekend work is required)
- Rostered hours between Nov-Dec are **7.5 hours** between 6:30 am and 12:00 am

Overtime may be required and paid at the prevailing award rates (only applies if required outside rostered periods).

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
