With several sites located across Victoria, the roles are based at our Warragul location and currently employs over 500 employees.

**About the Opportunities**:
We are looking for motivated individuals who are looking to develop their leadership experience and join us within our Crop Care and Production teams.

The Crop Care Team is responsible for the management, care and cultivation of crops and ensuring the Crop Care tasks are completed in line with the relevant KPIs and quality requirements for the specific crop.

The Production team is responsible for ensuring that all packing functions are completed meeting speed and quality measures required for our customer orders.
A strong interest in developing their leadership capabilities

Good organisational skills

Motivation & Initiative

Be comfortable in providing training and feedback

Good communication skills

An understanding and appreciation of safe working practices

Experience with Microsoft products
