**About the role**:
**Overseeing day-to-day Australian operations in a manner that ensures client expectations are met and exceeded wherever possible, including the meeting of on-time performance targets.**

The Airline Operations Coordinator will manage internal and external client expectations, providing guidance to ground staff and assuming responsibility for the smooth operation of ground and ramp operations for Texel Air and on behalf of Texel Air customers. Provide effective client liaison between Texel Air Flight Operations and customers to assist with the effective resolution of flight planning and other issues.
- Oversee day-to-day Australian operations in a manner that ensures client expectations are met and exceeded wherever possible, including the meeting of on-time performance targets.
- To manage ground operations for Texel Air, including managing internal and external client expectations, providing leadership to Ground staff and assuming responsibility for the smooth operation of ground and ramp operations for Texel Air and on behalf of Texel Air customers.
- Provide effective client liaison between Texel Air Flight Operations and customers to assist with flight planning and other issues effective resolution.
- Ensure that Australian Flight Operations activities are conducted in accordance with good business management practices, including the management of Charters in conjunction with the Texel Air Commercial team.

**Success Factors**:

- Relevant flight operations coordination experience
- Aviation experience
- The interpersonal skills required to successfully establish and manage internal and external relationships
- High level of problem-solving ability
- Previous regulatory compliance experience
- Appropriate level of computer/software experience
