About the role

We're looking for someone to join our Health, Safety and Wellbeing team to help equip, enable and empower our people to thrive by providing expert professional advice that prevents and minimises harm.

Safety is one of our core values at Lifeblood; if you’re passionate about health, safety and wellbeing as we are, we want to hear from you. We would love you to have the drive to research, succeed and show a genuine desire to implement your recent learnings across our diverse business units. Perhaps you have just graduated in a workplace health and safety degree or you are a mature student looking for a new career path. Ultimately, if you have the motivation to learn and grow, we will support you building your career in this industry.

**Sound interesting? Here’s what we’re looking for**:
Degree in workplace health and safety and/or health science

Systems thinking through managing biopsychosocial factors

Experience in injury management and workers compensation

Return-to-work coordinator accreditation (or suitable clinical experience)

Well-developed communication skills, in particular the ability to listen and influence behaviours

Ability to think strategically and holistically with high level conceptual, analytical, innovative and problem-solving skills

Computer literate and confident using a range of technology packages

The ability to absorb information and expand skill set with strong communication skills and the confidence to build relationships at all levels

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and nourish important relationships
