-Chandler Macleod is currently recruiting for x2 Administrative Support Officer’s to join a Federal Government Agency on a contract term until June 2024 with possibility of extension and located in the Sydney CBD.
**Responsibilities for this role**:
Working closely with the Director, Corporate Services and Senior Executive Assistant(s), you will provide administrative support to the Director, Corporate Services and the Executive across a broad range of functions.
- Preparing meeting folders, photocopying and general secretarial duties.
- Undertaking reception/meet and greet duties as required.
- Managing multiple inboxes to triage, prioritise and complete tasks.
- Assisting with diary management.
- Assisting with the smooth running and upkeep of the office, including managing stationery supplies, arranging trades and services, and supporting office events.
- Managing the collection and despatch of laptops, mobile phones and other equipment to support the OAIC’s hybrid work environment.
- Managing travel arrangements and processing travel acquittals, and other duties as required to facilitate staff travel.
- Performing other tasks, as directed.

**NOTE**: This role requires the occupant to undertake physical duties, including but not limited to taking trips to the post office (on foot) receiving and lifting boxes of goods (office deliveries) and assisting with setting up/packing up meeting rooms and equipment.
- This role is only open to **Australian Citizens**. PR and other applicants will not be considered.
- Baseline clearance would be desirable, but not essential.
