Join EACH as a NDIS Psychosocial Recovery Coach and play a pivotal role in supporting individuals on their journey to recovery. As a key member of our team, you will develop meaningful relationships with customers, provide essential support, and empower them to achieve their goals.
By working collaboratively with customers, families, carers and the broader service system to identify, plan, design and coordinate NDIS supports you'll enable customers to take control and better manage complex challenges of day-to-day living.

**About you**
Your _lived or learned experience of mental ill health or psychosocial disability_ will be invaluable in building trust and understanding with our customers, by supporting them with their journey of recovery towards leading a fulfilling life.
You will demonstrate the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- Minimum tertiary qualifications in Peer Work or Mental Health (minimum of Certificate IV in Mental Health Peer Work or Certificate IV in Mental Health), and/or a minimum two years of experience in mental health related work
- Demonstrated experience in case management, case coordination or a support role working with people with psychosocial disability or chronic mental illness and their families
- Ability to effectively organise your time to allow you to work flexibly and directly with customers as they require and make choices for their support
