**Introduction**:
Regis Resources is an ASX-listed Perth based gold production and exploration company with a proven management team and a successful track record of developing mid-sized gold operations. Regis is a purely Australian gold miner with operations in Western Australia and New South Wales.

The current mine site locations are in the WA Goldfields region with multiple mining operations (both open pit and underground) as well as a number of satellite pits. This is an opportunity to join a high performing team, working collaboratively towards a future production profile of up to half a million oz. of gold annually.

**Description**:
The Opportunity

Reporting to the General Manager of our Duketon operations, the Processing Manager (Duketon South) is a key member of our on-site management team.

Leading our processing operations at Duketon South (DSO), you will work closely with the asset maintenance team, metallurgy and the laboratory. You will lead a team of Superintendents to ensure strategic accountability and production performance for the Processing group.

This is a FIFO role, working on an 8:6 roster (ex Perth).

About the Role

Leading and managing the processing department to achieve budgets and plant maintenance strategies;
Ensuring department compliance in accordance with company gold production budget and guidance;
Managing key improvement, refurbishment and upgrade projects through to commissioning and operation;
Guiding and leading senior level technical processing strategy as well as coaching and mentoring direct reports;
Ensuring compliance with all relevant company and site security standards and procedures; and
Maintaining effective audit procedures to ensure all set objectives are achieved across safety, production, personnel and environment; and
Works closely with the asset maintenance group to support ongoing maintenance system development and implementation.

**Skills and Experiences**:
About You

Degree qualification in metallurgy, mineral processing or similar;
Demonstrated experience in a similar level role, or considerable experience at Superintendent level;
Thorough knowledge of the Mine Safety and Inspection Act and associated regulations;
Risk management, commercial acumen and business analysis & reporting; and
Highly effective communication skills and a collaborative but delivery focused approach.
