Team Leader, HR Operations

**Responsibilities**:
- Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of 2-3 HR Operations professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure the team's success in delivering exceptional HR services.
- HR Operations Management: Oversee and execute HR operational processes, including but not limited to employee lifecycle management, onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, payroll coordination, HRIS management, and compliance.
- Process Improvement: Continuously review and enhance HR operational processes to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and deliver a seamless employee experience. Identify areas for improvement, develop action plans, and implement best practices.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and other departments, to ensure smooth coordination and integration of HR operations activities.
- Compliance and Policy: Stay updated with relevant employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices to ensure compliance across all HR operational activities. Develop a strong understanding of Link Group policies and employment agreements to help answer employee queries successfully
- Employee Experience: Champion a positive and employee-centric HR experience, ensuring timely and accurate responses to employee inquiries, addressing concerns, and fostering a supportive work environment.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or graduate certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field highly desirable. Relevant HR certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in HR operations, with a focus on managing end-to-end HR processes and leading a small team.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, payroll processes, benefits administration, and employment laws/regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement, driving operational efficiencies, and implementing best practices.
- Outstanding MS Office skills, particularly in terms of creating and processing letters/documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
