Catch are currently seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to partner with the various business units across Catch. As the Commercial Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the provision of comprehensive analysis, innovation and planning. You will also prepare business cases and associated financial assessments, supporting the budgeting, forecasting and corporate plan workstreams.

**What you’ll be doing**

What does a normal day in the life of a Commercial Finance Manager look like? Well, no 2 days are alike at Catch, but you could probably expect your day to include some of the following things:

- Develop and provide regular reporting to monitor performance against objectives
- Establish, maintain and assess processes and tools for effective and consistent tracking of performance against targets
- Analyse key business drivers to develop commercial insights that enable the business to deliver improved performance
- Financial analysis and evaluation of project-based investment opportunities on emerging innovation and corporate development opportunities
- Provide commercial support to functional business units to deliver commercial and strategic objectives

**The skills you'll have**
- Degree in Commerce or Accounting (ICAA / CPA Qualification)
- 5 years demonstrated capability through past employment experience
- Very strong commercial and financial acumen
- Proven experience in the provision of financial and commercial analysis
- Strong data analysis and modelling skills to analyse and present high volumes of data
- Able to ensure the approach and output is simple, structured, accurate and robust
- Able to synthesise large amounts of data from a variety of sources
- Able to communicate complex financial information to a broad audience, able to make the complex simple
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to challenge the status quo in an engaging way
- Relentless pursuit of accurate and relevant information
- Ability to prioritise team efforts to support business requirements
- High level interpersonal skills with the ability to influence outcomes in an organisation with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities in a changing environment
