**Video Content Producer**

A video content producer is a creative person who loves coming up with big ideas and creating outstanding content for socials and the sales team.

We’re looking for an individual who demonstrates creative flair, possesses proven organisational skills, and can take full ownership of Seminal’s internationally created content. This is a rare and exciting role that will see you placed at the heart of a quickly growing global company.

This role would suit someone with an impressive creative portfolio that demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of the full filming process from ideating, scripting, producing, shooting and editing video content. A natural storyteller, you'll be brimming with ideas for how we can use content to engage Seminal’s huge range of audiences from artists and galleries to huge international brands who license art through the platform.

You will be working fulltime from the Seminal head office on Collins St, Melbourne CBD. 10am - 6pm are the standard working hours.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the video strategy and production management for Seminal.
- Come up with the content ideas, work with artists and other contributors to produce scripts and create the questions which will get the best responses for the films.
- On shoots you’ll be expected to be a shooting producer director, working through your own scripts and shot list to capture all of the content for video and articles.
- Create blog posts / articles that complement and add further insight to the created films.
- Work with and lead a team of video editors, graphic designers and 3D designers based in India.
- Connect with international freelancers to produce content which meets to your own high standards.
- Demonstrate precise attention to detail when reviewing and editing content to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality. Thoroughly catching and rectifying inconsistencies or errors before publication.
- Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, adapting to feedback and contributing to the creative process.
- Populate a content planner, ensuring a regular cadence of posting across channels.
- Analyse content performance data to identify the most effective creative approaches for our campaigns. Leverage insights to create new video iterations with existing content as well as enhance future creative content.
- Immerse in and engage with the art community, understanding the topics and content resonating and trending with this audience.
- Maintain, organize, and catalogue raw footage and completed media.
- Maintain and organise Seminal’s in house video equipment.

**What You Need**
- At least 2 years’ experience working in a content creator role, ideally for an agency, media organisation or in house. Graduates in a relevant degree with a strong video portfolio will also be considered.
- Able to make the role your own and able to work independently with mínimal supervision and direction.
- Present a comprehensive portfolio of video and creative work that highlights your skills, creativity, and ability to align with a brand identity.
- Proven track record managing the video production process through the development/ideation, pre-production, production, post-production, and promotion/distribution phases.
- Strong production skills including directing, cinematography, photography, lighting, audio recording and the editing process.
- Experience with DSLR cameras, lighting, and audio equipment (list of equipment below)
- Experience working within tight budgets and coming up with creative solutions to stay on budget.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- First-class editorial judgement
- Experience using the Adobe Creative Suite, notably Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Creative and brimming with ideas, with high attention to detail - you set meticulous standards for yourself and your work.
- Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks in a fast-changing environment.
