We are seeking an experienced shooter/editor to join our Video team in communicating our project outcomes through compelling visual storytelling. In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage, drive action and share the benefits of our projects with the wider community. We need someone who takes pride in delivering world-class video content, cares for the craft, and understands how Video content fits in the broader Communications Strategy.- You will be collaborating with stakeholders across the business and producing video content such as milestone videos, animations, human-centric pieces, social media reels and 3D pre-visualisation models for LXRP's internal and external channels.- This role offers a dynamic work environment. You will have a wide range of exciting challenges and tasks to tackle daily. Some of these tasks include:
- Developing video content, from scriptwriting, talent briefing, location scouting, filming, and editing.
- Liaising with stakeholders to deliver edits and final versions of videos for publishing.
- Publishing content for social media, YouTube, and other video platforms.
- Innovating on how to present videos to the community and staff.
- Providing support to the Digital Team in implementing the organisation’s digital communications strategy and on other matters, as required.
- Reporting to the Manager, Video the Video Producer plays an integral role in supporting project communications and the LXRP’s Digital Communications Strategy.- As a member of the LXRP Video team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Media and Digital teams - a passionate and diverse group of Communications professionals who share a deep commitment to communities across Melbourne. From eye-catching videos to engaging social media posts, you can take a good idea and turn it into something truly exceptional.- You are constantly pushing the boundaries of what's possible and exploring new and innovative ways to spice up our Digital approach. We're looking for a technical expert who can bring their experience in video production, video editing and motion design to the table. Above all, we're looking for someone who is passionate, dedicated, and eager to collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional work that we can all be proud of.- Let's get technical What will we expect from you?- Editing:

- Demonstrated expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Proficiency in Motion Design and Animation, with the ability to create engaging visual effects.
- Cinematography:

- Advanced camera operating skills, including experience with a variety of cameras and lenses.
- Experience with lighting and audio equipment to ensure high-quality production value.
- Experience with camera gimbals, 360 cameras and other innovative technologies to create immersive and engaging video content.
- Ability to manage and organise video assets efficiently, with experience using digital asset management systems (DAM).
- Strong knowledge of video production workflows, including pre-production, production, and post-production stages.
