As a Display Home Sales Consultant for our esteemed building company, you will be the face of our brand, showcasing our beautifully crafted homes to potential buyers. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales by providing exceptional customer service, guiding clients through the home buying journey, and demonstrating the unique features and benefits of our homes. This role requires a combination of sales acumen, industry knowledge, and a passion for helping clients find their dream home.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement**: Welcome and engage with prospective buyers visiting our display homes, building rapport, and understanding their needs, preferences, and budgetary considerations.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our home designs, floor plans, construction materials, and customization options to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
- **Guided Tours**: Conduct informative and engaging tours of our display homes, highlighting key features, design elements, and lifestyle benefits to inspire clients and create an emotional connection.
- **Sales Process**: Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing, including presenting pricing information, negotiating terms, and facilitating the contract and paperwork.
- **Relationship Building**: Foster strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to generate referrals, repeat business, and positive word-of-mouth recommendations.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement, pricing adjustments, and marketing strategies.
- **Administration**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and inventory levels using our CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up and efficient communication.
- **Customer Service**: Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the construction process, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with our design, construction, and marketing teams to ensure that display homes are presented impeccably and that sales collateral accurately reflects the quality and features of our homes.
- **Professional Development**: Stay updated on industry developments, attend training sessions, and participate in networking events to enhance your skills and knowledge of the real estate market.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the real estate or home building industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse clientele.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of residential construction practices, building codes, and design trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant technology tools.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed to accommodate client schedules and events.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
