HR Graduate

We are a fast-growing organisation with a focus on our goal to become the largest Global Talent Acquisition company in Australia. Due to this constant growth, we are looking for a recent HR Graduate to join our team as a Recruitment Administrator in our Belmont office.

**About the role**
- This is an entry-level Graduate position with 6 -months contract.
- Flexible working hours - but must be available to start in the morning.
- Possibility for ongoing offer after the completion of the contract period - will depend on the performance and the company requirement.

Day to day tasks will involve all aspects of recruitment - end to end. The experience you gain in this role will set you up for endless opportunity and establish strong foundations as an international recruitment professional.

Tasks involves but not limited to:

- Receiving and screening resumes according to the job requirements
- Formatting resumes according to the KIIR Resume Template
- Reference checking and scheduling interviews
- Creating and managing relevant documentation as required for Human Resources and Organisational Development initiatives
- Drafting letters and employment contracts, processing compliance requirements (e.g. Police Checks, IELTS Verification, VEVO Check)
- Assisting the international recruitment team to organise and support the relocation services for the new arrivals
- Providing timely and efficient administrative support to the Recruitment Team

**About you**
- You may be a recent Graduate looking for your next step or be close to finishing your degree and looking to move into the workforce.
- You will be quickly able to build rapport with our employees and clients within the blue-collar and white-collar industry.

To be considered for the role you will possess the following:

- Completed a minimum bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a relevant field
- Advanced computer skills (demonstrate that on your resume)
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- High attention to detail; especially quickly noticing and correcting errors
- A positive and friendly attitude
- Ability to prioritise work to meet tight timeframes
- Be proactive - anticipate and resolve problems with practical and positive solutions
