At YourCH, we provide a wide range of services, including medical, dental, allied health, COVID response, social support, Aboriginal Health, and Trans and Gender Diverse healthcare. Our purpose-driven approach focuses on community development and addressing health inequalities.

**About the Client Services Officer (CSO)**

You'll join our enthuastic and friendly Access team who act as the first point of contact for all clients and visitors to our health centres. As a CSO, you'll provide exceptional levels of customer service to deliver trusted, empathetic and professional service to clients who are interested in and/or accessing the wide range of programs and services on offer.

**_ Your passion and commitment will see you:_**
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and vistors at YourCH centres
- Learn about the wide range of programs, services and groups offered at YourCH
- Provide administrative support to clinical and client facing staff, students and volunteers
- Engage clients through inbound/outbound phone duties as part of the Access Call Centre
- Collect and process fees for clients, groups, individuals and services.

**_ To succeed in this role you will have:_**
- Ability to support team members and work as paort of a choesive team across YourCH services
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures
- Demonstrated understanding of privacy principles and confidentiality
- Sound IT skills, including capacity to learn relevant Client manaagement Systems, inclduing TrakCare, Best Practice and Titanium
- Ability to manage a high volume of telephone calls and/or client-facing interaction

**_ As a YourCH employee in this role you must have:_**
- A valid Victorian Working with Children Check (employee only)
- A Satisfactory Police Check (paid for by YourCH)
