Our client, a thriving boutique law firm specializing in Corporate and Commercial, Commercial Litigation, Property, Wills and Estates, and Migration, is actively looking for a motivated Consultant to join their team. With a diverse offshore client base and multilingual staff, this firm caters to clients worldwide and offers a supportive and collegial work environment.

**Responsibilities**: As a Consultant with transferable fees, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing the firm's client portfolio while delivering high-quality legal services. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- **Client Portfolio Management**: Oversee and maintain your existing client base while fostering strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- **Business Development**: Engage in proactive business development activities to attract new clients, expand the firm's client network, and increase revenue generation.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the team of lawyers and consultants within the firm, actively sharing knowledge, expertise, and best practices to enhance collective legal capabilities.
- **Practice Area Expertise**: Utilize your expertise in your practice area to provide specialized legal advice and services to clients, enhancing the firm's reputation in key practice areas.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a legal practitioner with a substantial and transferable client base.
- Expertise in one or more of the following practice areas: Corporate and Commercial, Commercial Litigation, Property (including Leading and Owners Corporation matters), Wills and Estates, or Migration.
- Strong business development skills and a proactive approach to expanding client networks.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with the firm's team and build lasting client relationships.
