  • Manage, maintain, and enhance DevOps platforms including Jira, Confluence, Planview, and LaunchDarkly to support delivery teams.
  • Lead discovery, proof-of-concept, and enablement of DevSecOps, automation, and AI tools to improve engineering productivity, team experience, and reduce effort and cost.
  • Develop CI/CD and infrastructure automation pipelines tailored to application technologies and delivery needs.
  • Define and enforce DevSecOps and SDLC best practices, monitor performance through KPIs and metrics, ensure compliance with IT standards, and assess risks and customer impacts.

Skilled in cloud platforms, containerisation, and infrastructure as code, while demonstrating the ability to collaborate across teams, lead initiatives, and drive continuous improvement through metrics and compliance.

You will also have:

  • Skilled in analysing, designing, implementing, and optimising DevOps solutions for CI/CD.
  • Hands-on programming or scripting experience with languages such as Java, Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
  • Proficiency in Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps, application security, and code quality tools.
  • Preferred experience includes end-to-end DevSecOps implementation, centralised feature flag management, AI/GenAI/ML and AIOps solutions, along with knowledge of SDLC, Agile, SAFe, integration, and automation.
