Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Veterinary Director to lead our Greencross Narre Warren clinic with vision, compassion, and a commitment to high-quality veterinary care.

Join a team of 5 veterinarians and 7 dedicated nurses in a friendly, collaborative environment. The days offer a diverse mix of consults and surgeries with opportunities to grow clinical expertise. Our clinic uses cutting-edge technology to provide comprehensive and advanced medical services.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the veterinary team, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Provide high-quality medical care to patients, ensuring wellbeing and comfort.
  • Encourage open communication and collaboration among team members; contribute to continuous service and client experience improvements.
  • Develop and implement clinic protocols and procedures in collaboration with the team.
Qualifications
  • Veterinary Science qualification from a university accredited by the Australasian Veterinary Boards' Council (AVBC) or equivalent; NAVLE/AVE or similar examinations completed.
  • At least 4 years of practical experience.
  • Clinical leadership and management skills are desirable but mentorship is provided to support growth.
