Your Responsibilities Will Include- Managing a busy workload of matters with efficiency and accuracy.
- Providing expert legal advice to clients, building strong and lasting relationships.
- Handling all aspects of conveyancing, from initial instructions, reporting on and explaining contracts, providing s66w certificates, and finalizing settlements.
- Drafting and reviewing complex property documents.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
- Has 3-5+ years PQE in property law.
- Demonstrates strong NSW property law knowledge.
- Proven experience and comprehensive understanding of the full property transaction lifecycle, from pre-exchange due diligence to exchanging contracts, and preparation for settlement, including preparing settlement adjustments to settlement and registration of documents.
- Demonstrable passion for property law (essential).
- Meticulous attention to detail and superior communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, PEXA & LEAP.
- Strong academic record and excellent organizational skills.
- Is a collaborative team player.
