The Heart of the role:

  • Effectivelycoachandleada high performing team in a positive environment for both staff and patients.
  • Assist with overall financial performance of the practice in line with the approved budget.
  • Maintain sterilisation, infection control standards and stock control.
  • Proactively marketyour practice to drive patient numbers.
  • Effectively manage recruitment &HR matters.
  • Help with reception and general administrationwhere neededincluding processing payments using EFTPOS &HiCaps.

  • Ability to engage, motivate and manage team to achieve their best.
  • Excellentorganisationaland time managementskills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task.
  • Excellentinterpersonalcommunication skillswithstrong focus onpatientcare.
  • Strong business acumen, understanding how to generate income and control costs.
  • Experienced in comprehending and managing the P&L for the practice.
  • Problem solving any issues that may arise with ease.
  • Previous dental experience desirable but we also welcome applications from successful managers from other industries.
