This position is ideal for an experienced Practice Manager or highly experienced Dental Assistant / Front Office Coordinator looking for their next challenge.

Job Description

As our Practice Manager, you will:

Lead and manage the daily operations of our dental practice
Support and develop our front office and administrative teams.
Ensure exceptional patient care and satisfaction.
Implement and oversee efficient administrative processes.
Work closely with the clinical team to ensure the highest standards of dental care.
Drive practice growth through innovative strategies and exceptional service.

Qualifications

Previous experience in dental with management responsibility desirable;
Certificate III or IV in Dental advantageous
Prior experience in the professional day to day running of a practice desirable;
Polished people management skills with the ability to lead and inspire teams to push & enhance staff productivity and performance;
Ability to help deliver local area marketing initiatives that will help drive new patient numbers and practice growth;
Proven business capabilities in reception and all of the administrative aspects that form part of running a successful practice;
Proven ability and demonstrated success to drive business growth and maximise profitability;
An ability to see process improvements and implement strategies and protocols to deliver exceptional patient experiences; And
High proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
OASIS Dental Software Experience desirable but not necessary
High attention to detail
Ability to run front desk when required
