About the role:

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will

  • Conduct project compliance in accordance with the Business Management System.
  • Complete project planning and programming tasks.
  • Manage client relationships.
  • Monitor performance of construction crew and subcontractors against estimates.
  • Report and mitigate project performance issues.
  • Report production costs daily, weekly and monthly.
  • Procure plant, equipment and material; and
  • Issue PMPs, SWMs, and MSDs.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Be able to manage time effectively and prioritse activities.
  • Have a customer focused mindset.
  • Be an effective communicator.
  • Experince working in civil construction.
  • Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering.
  • Team player; and
  • Passionate to learn and grow within the business.
