Our Business Information and Analysis team manages the middle office of our global principal portfolio, from pre-acquisition to divestment. Principal Finance offers flexible primary financing solutions and engages in secondary market investing across the capital structure. Operating globally in both corporate and real estate sectors, our team has experience across industries including real estate, infrastructure, telecommunications, media, entertainment, technology, leisure, and healthcare.

What role will you play?

In this dynamic environment, you will gain global exposure to various investing products and structures, collaborating directly with senior front office deal teams and other internal functions. Your responsibilities include analyzing portfolio performance, conducting capital and funding analysis, pipeline reporting, and tracking transaction returns. You will coordinate quarterly and half-yearly portfolio and valuation processes and may participate in strategic projects such as reporting technology transformation.

What you offer
  • A tertiary qualification with an excellent academic record, preferably in Corporate Finance and/or Accounting. A postgraduate qualification in Finance and/or Accounting is advantageous.
  • 2-4 years of experience in banking, financial services, or professional services in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of financial, accounting, and valuation concepts, with experience providing business insights in data-driven environments.
