    Job Description
    • Analyse business needs and translate them into technical requirements for the technology team.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps and opportunities for process improvement.
    • Create detailed documentation, including functional specifications and user stories.
    • Support the development and delivery of technology solutions that align with business goals.
    • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and validate requirements.
    • Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure system functionality meets expectations.
    • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions.
    • Maintain effective communication between business and technology teams.

    The Successful Applicant

    A Successful Business Analyst Should Have
    • Minimum 5 years experience as a Business Analyst.
    • Experience on Technology projects related to Integration, APIs and Disaster Recovery.
    • Excellent skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
    • Proficiency in using business analysis tools and agile methodologies.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse teams.
    • Preferred industry experience in Retail and FMCG or related industries
