About the role

Reporting to the head of Network Growth/Operations, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing sales strategies and practices to generate new business from within existing B2B relationships as well as new clients. Your duties include but are not limited to the following:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve long-term and annual business goals
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships at multiple levels
  • Identify new revenue streams and innovative solutions within the property services sector
  • Leverage sales techniques such as cold calling, networking, and events to create impactful connections
  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities from prospecting through to execution

About you

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in property services or B2B sales)
  • Strong ability to build relationships and understand client needs
  • A creative and proactive approach to sales and problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and drive results in a fast-paced environment
