The Package: $90,455.04 - $99,952.84 gross per annum + 12% super. (Evaluated as Grade 13 of the QPRC Salary System 2025).

Full time – 35 hours per week. Flexible work arrangements may apply.

Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a keen eye for detail and has a knack for navigating land matters and legal frameworks? This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, ensuring land matters that shape the community are progressed seamlessly.

In This Role You Will
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the directorate, including preparing reports, correspondence, and official documentation.
  • Coordinate land purchases/sales and manage associated legal and procedural matters such as easements, transfers, and classifications.
  • Maintain and update key databases and registers, liaising with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely information flow.
We Are Looking For Someone Who
  • Has strong organisational and communication skills, with experience in legal or land-related administration.
  • Can confidently navigate governance processes, including Local Government Act, Native Title assessments and Crown Land procedures.
  • Works well in a team environment and supports a positive, safe, and collaborative workplace culture.
