Someone with experience as a Chef De Partie or equivalent position. A person with passion for making good food. You will need to be a helpful member of the team with a strong work ethic. You will be a true professional, who understands the importance of cooking steak to the customers desired level and you will take pride in delivering a consistently high level. Someone who doesn't mind working a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and public holidays is a must. What do you need to be considered?
