Property Sales Consultant Role

We are seeking an experienced Property Sales Consultant to join our team at St. Trinity Property Group. As a key member of our wealth management and property investment division, your primary responsibility will be to offer expert financial guidance and consultancy to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate clients' financial positions, risk tolerance, and investment goals to recommend suitable investment strategies.
  • Develop and implement personalized investment plans tailored to client objectives.
  • Monitor and manage clients' investment portfolios, providing ongoing support and communication to keep them informed about their investment progress.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, regulations, and developments in wealth management and property investment.
  • Maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional service.
  • Achieve company performance and revenue targets by identifying new business opportunities and expanding the client base.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and property investment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients.
  • Proven success in the financial services industry, preferably in wealth and property management.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex financial situations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency with relevant software and technology to efficiently manage client portfolios.
  • Deep knowledge of wealth and property investment to provide expert advice.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Flexibility to travel within Wollongong for business meetings and client visits.
