Property Sales Consultant

As a Property Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to offer comprehensive financial guidance and consultancy to our clients within wealth management and property investment. This role involves evaluating clients' financial positions, risk tolerance, and investment goals to recommend and execute suitable investment strategies. You will oversee and administer clients' investment portfolios, providing ongoing support and communication to keep clients informed about their investment progress. Staying updated on market trends, regulations, and developments in wealth management and property investment is essential. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and property investment, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess clients' financial situations, risk tolerance, and investment goals.
  • Develop and implement personalized investment strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Monitor and manage clients' investment portfolios diligently.
  • Provide continuous advice and support throughout clients' financial journey.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients regarding their investment progress.
  • Stay informed about market trends, regulations, and relevant information in wealth and property investment.
  • Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients.
  • Achieve and exceed company performance and revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
