Global Logistics provides sophisticated supply chain solutions, from end-to-end or part solutions, warehousing and distribution to dedicated transport solutions, across the globe and to some of the most remote corners of the world.

Government & Defence provides specialised logistics expertise, including relocation services. We work with clients at all levels of government to deliver an extremely diverse range of logistics solutions - from the distribution of healthcare products, managing the relocation of their employees, delivering fleets of government vehicles, through to helicopter rescue services.

Case Manager Associate – Adelaide.

Please note this is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.

The Opportunity

At Toll, we move businesses that move the world. You will contribute to this by supporting our case managers in their work to relocate Australian Defence Force (ADF) members and their families across Australia. Our case management teams strive to ensure that all ADF members experience a superior relocation as a case management associate, you will be expected to deliver superior administrative support and excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.

As the Case Manager Associate, the primary accountabilities of the job are:

  • Customer focus: building strong internal customer relationships.

  • Communication effectiveness: communicate effectively and concisely.

  • Flexibility and adaptability maintains effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work tasks or the work environment adjusting effectively to work with the new structures, processes, requirements or cultures.

  • Learning agility, assimilates, and applies new job related information in a timely manner.

  • Teamwork: Collaborates and supports the team environment.

  • Situational judgement: ability to identify and take the most appropriate action in workplace situations that generate positive outcomes.

  • Accountability : Holds self and others accountable to meet commitments.

About You:

  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in a large organistion that is service oriented

  • The ability to build and maintain effective working relationship with team members and stakeholders in a dynamic 'operations center' environment

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders

  • Strong attention to detail & time management skills

  • Proficiency in all Microsoft applications

  • Mandatory: Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
