The Role

This is a contract position for ABN holders only — starting part-time (3 days/week) with strong potential to grow into a full-time role as we scale. You'll be working from our Melbourne office, collaborating directly with our founder and core team.

We're seeking an experienced SEO & Google Ads Specialist who thrives on campaign management, loves strategic thinking, and knows how to deliver measurable results for real businesses.

What You'll Be Doing

Campaign Management & Strategy:

• Develop and execute SEO strategies including technical audits, keyword research, and on-page optimisation
• Create, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Performance Max
• Conduct competitor analysis and audience research to inform campaign optimisation
• Write compelling ad copy that converts and aligns with diverse client brand voices

Analysis & Optimisation:

• Monitor and analyse performance metrics across all channels, providing actionable insights
• Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimise ad creative, copy, and targeting
• Manage budgets effectively to maximise ROI for client campaigns
• Provide regular performance reports showcasing key metrics and campaign effectiveness

Collaboration & Growth:

• Work closely with our founder and team to continuously improve client outcomes
• Stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies
• Contribute to agency processes and best practices as we scale

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience:

• 2-3+ years of hands-on experience in SEO and Google Ads management
• Proven track record of successful campaign management and measurable results
• Proficiency with GA4, Google Search Console, Tag Manager, and Google Ads Manager
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

• Facebook/Meta Ads experience
• Content writing and blog optimisation
• Basic website design knowledge (Figma or Adobe)
• Experience with SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs

• $900 - $1200 per week (based on experience) for contract work
