- Contractor positions
- Pay options- Contractor - 70/30 (Clinicals) or 65/35 (Gens or clin registrars)
- Complimentary monthly peer supervision and access to individual supervision
- On-site free parking, or tram station right outside practice
- We aim to build a sustainable, supportive clinical environment where psychologists feel secure, valued, and empowered to stay and grow long-term.
- We commit to open communication, shared decision-making, and a culture of feedback and mutual respect across all roles and levels.
- We show kindness, flexibility, and emotional awareness in all professional interactions—recognising the challenges of therapeutic work.
- We support each clinician in upholding high standards of practice by providing access to supervision, training, reflective practice, and peer learning.
- Provide face-to-face individual therapy and via telehealth
- If within scope, conduct assessments across the lifespan (e.g. Autism, ADHD, cognitive assessments, learning disorders, academic achievement)
- AHPRA registration as General Psychologist (with or without endorsement) and Medicare eligible
- Full Australian work rights
- Willingness to support girls (+13yrs) and women across the lifespan
