Overview

An exciting part-time position for a Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist at our Coomera practice on the Gold Coast. Days available are Thursdays and Fridays. Generous split fee arrangement offered. This is an opportunity to create your own role that is flexible and fits in with your lifestyle and passion, with strong support from a dedicated administration and clinical team.

Why work at PsychologyCare: our administration and support team handle non-clinical tasks (including Medicare compliance, bookings, billing, documents and referrals), marketing and promotions, and relations with referrers. You can choose your own hours with flexible appointment times, and use online assessment and clinical resources. Free on-site parking is provided.

This is a great opportunity to enter a financially rewarding position with support to manage complex clinical situations.

Responsibilities
  • Hold a general or clinical registration.
  • Hold a current registration with AHPRA.
  • Have an ABN (or be able to obtain one).
  • Have a Medicare provider number (or eligibility to apply for one).
  • Hold professional indemnity insurance.
  • Possess sound assessment and intervention skills.
  • Experience in treating a range of mental health concerns using various modalities.
  • Ability to maintain relationships with referring doctors and the community.
  • Be professional, motivated, self-driven and reliable.
  • Be warm and dedicated to providing a high level of psychological care.
Qualifications

Masters in Psychology/Clinical Psychology.
