About the RoleWe're looking for a motivated and professionalExecutive Support Officerto join our dynamic and growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a key role, providing high-level support to our leadership team and contributing to the delivery of our organisation's strategic priorities. You'll also play an important part in fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture where collaboration and initiative are valued.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Executive Assistance:Provide seamless support to the Executive Manager/s and manage calendars.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
- Correspondence Management:Draft and manage emails, reports, and documents.
- Board & Reporting:Prepare accurate board papers, presentations, and reports.
- Travel & Logistics:Organise travel arrangements for business activities.
You're a detail-oriented, adaptable professional with proven Executive Assistant experience and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Known for your discretion, professional presentation, and strong communication skills, you thrive in both independent and team settings and remain agile in the face of change.
Key Requirements
- Previous Executive Assistant (2-3 years) experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Flexible and adaptable to a growing, evolving organisation
- Salary flexibility available for the right candidate
- Candidates may be subject to a pre-employment medical assessment with the successful candidate requiring current NDIS worker clearance. In accordance with current health guidelines for the aged care sector, candidates are encouraged to have all recommended vaccinations.
