Liquor Team Member | BWS Delacombe | Endeavour Group

Responsibilities
  • Actively engage with customers by sharing your passion for our products and creating memorable moments
  • Advocate for BWS loyalty programs by informing customers about benefits and product offerings
  • Ensure shelves are stocked so customers have strong product choices
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for customers and teammates
  • Uphold responsible service of alcohol guidelines
  • Be yourself and contribute to a vibrant team culture
About You
  • Confidently converse with customers to provide a welcoming, engaging experience
  • Good availability across days, evenings and weekends
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Genuine interest in learning and expanding product knowledge
  • Ambition to grow your career within the business
