Our Officeworks Marion store is hiring We are seeking passionate part-time team members to join us in our print and create department. 

Our team members are our customer service specialists. You will work together with the team to ensure great customer service is always delivered. You will provide expert advice to customers in the broad range of products and services and operate as a proud Officeworks brand ambassador.

This role requires flexibility across a range of  weekday day shifts and committed to 3-4 shifts per week. There are opportunities to work across various Officeworks locations and progress your career. As a key part of our Print & Create Department, you'll help bring customer projects to life by handling everything from online orders to in-store print requests. You'll work closely with a small, dedicated team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities:
Assist customers in-store with printing, copying, scanning, and creative project needs.
Process and fulfill online print orders accurately and efficiently.
Operate and maintain print, copy, and finishing equipment (training provided).
Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain workflow.
Provide exceptional customer service with a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
Ensure print area is clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.

Qualifications:
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Comfortable working with computers, printers, and digital file formats.
Ability to learn new software and equipment quickly.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
