About the Role

As a Job Coach, you will be responsible for shaping the future for people seeking sustainable employment through the Disability Employment Services (DES) contract. You will work with individuals across all stages of their employment journey, collaborating closely with the team to deliver excellent employment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement tailored employment pathway plans.
  2. Support job seekers in building confidence and skills to re-enter the workforce.
  3. Ensure compliance with government contractual requirements within a quality framework.
  4. Provide post-placement support to job seekers and employers.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and employers.
  6. Manage employer vacancies in collaboration with clients.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Located in or near Hurstville.
  • Fluent in Mandarin.
  • Prior experience in Employment Services is highly desirable.
  • Transferable skills from Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service are beneficial.
  • Passionate about helping people find employment.
  • Business development experience is a plus.
  • Resilient and adaptable attitude.
  • Ability to work full-time in the office (not a remote role).
  • Full Australian working rights.
  • Valid Police Check and WWCC.
