Case Manager

Are you a university student or recent graduate eager to build a career in workplace law, industrial relations, or HR? Do you want to gain real-world experience while making a meaningful impact on workers' rights? If so, we want you on our Industrial Advocate team at Red Union Support Hub (RUSH)

The role is an Industrial Advocate Case Manager for a full time or part time role at our Brisbane office. We are happy to offer flexibility to the successful applicant to accommodate study commitments.

What You'll Do

  • Provide workplace advice via phone and email to support our members
  • Learn legal and industrial relations processes with full training provided
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, helping members resolve issues like unfair dismissal, pay disputes, and workplace bullying
  • Ensure clear and professional communication to improve member satisfaction
  • Contribute to a supportive and engaging workplace culture

What We're Looking For

  • University students or graduates in law, human rights or a related field (or those with a strong interest in workplace advocacy)
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Ability to learn quickly and think on your feet
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to fairness
  • Tech-savvy with strong problem-solving abilities
  • A passion for helping people and making an impact
