Case ManagerAre you a university student or recent graduate eager to build a career in workplace law, industrial relations, or HR? The role is an Industrial Advocate Case Manager for a full time or part time role at our Brisbane office. We are happy to offer flexibility to the successful applicant to accommodate study commitments.

What You'll Do
- Provide workplace advice via phone and email to support our members
- Learn legal and industrial relations processes with full training provided
- Work in a fast-paced environment, helping members resolve issues like unfair dismissal, pay disputes, and workplace bullying
- Ensure clear and professional communication to improve member satisfaction
- Contribute to a supportive and engaging workplace culture
What We're Looking For
- University students or graduates in law, human rights or a related field (or those with a strong interest in workplace advocacy)
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to learn quickly and think on your feet
- A positive attitude and a commitment to fairness
- Tech-savvy with strong problem-solving abilities
- A passion for helping people and making an impact
