We are looking for someone who is excited to be an integral part of our dynamic Family Law team, and who will live and breathe our values

The right person will:

have at least a year's experience in administration, even better if you have been a Legal Assistant or Law Clerk

be a forward thinker

be comfortable in a fast-paced environment

have a high attention to detail

exceptional organisational and administrative skills

be a quick learner and retain information

be able to work a minimum of 4 days per week

Responsibilities:

Our Legal Assistants are responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support. Your key responsibilities will include:

Managing schedules and calendars, coordinating appointments, and maintaining deadlines

Drafting and preparing legal documents, correspondence, and reports

Conducting research, gathering relevant information

Assisting with client communication and providing exceptional customer service

Managing confidential and sensitive information

Assisting with billing and accounting tasks.
