Full Time Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an ambitious sales driven leader to join our team at Prouds The Jewellers Robina.
Prouds is renowned for high-quality and timeless jewellery, and we pride ourselves on creating a supportive working culture.
This role offers the opportunity to demonstrate leadership skills by coaching Team Members to become selling superstars and delivering exceptional customer service experiences.
You will work closely with the Store Manager to achieve personal and store sales targets and KPIs in a busy sales environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience supervising, inspiring and leading a high performing team, as well as a proven track record of achieving beyond personal and store sales targets and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive the store and Team Members to achieve KPIs and sales targets
- Lead by example in creating exceptional customer service experiences whilst achieving personal sales targets
- Coach and train Team Members to become top performers
- Provide high standards of stock management and shrinkage control
- MERCHANTABILITY manage stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, general housekeeping and retail business administration tasks
