About the role

We're looking for passionate and driven Assistant Store Manager to join our team at our Gold Coast Harbour Town Store.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for inventory management, product sell-through, visual merchandising, sales and budget management, and most importantly, providing amazing customer service.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing outstanding customer service and assistance
  • Maintaining a clean, tidy, and visually appealing store environment
  • Efficiently handling sales transactions and cash handling duties
  • Assisting with stock replenishment and inventory management
  • Promoting and selling our premium athletic apparel and accessories
  • Supporting the store manager in daily operations and administrative tasks

What we're looking for

  • Retail store management / 2IC experience is essential
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets
  • Effective roster management
  • A flair for apparel, merchandising, and a passion for exceptional customer service
  • A strong interest in developing beneficial community relationships with local complementary businesses and brand ambassadors
  • Someone who takes pride in how your team, store, and brand are presented
  • A natural and compelling leader who can forge, maintain, and develop strong working relationships
  • A team leader with a positive attitude who is passionate about 2XU
