Your Role

Here's what you will be doing:

  • Participate in a two-year program with three job rotations across Sales, Marketing, Portfolio Management, Quality & Regulatory, Finance, and Supply Chain.
  • Gain exposure to Thermo Fisher's core processes, technologies, and leadership at the ANZ HQ in Scoresby.
  • Engage in business impact projects and collaborate with Senior Leadership.
  • Develop critical competencies through structured learning and on-the-job experience.
  • Work closely with a dedicated Program Manager and senior leaders to support your professional growth.
About You

The company is looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree graduate in Science, Business & Commerce, or Engineering (graduating in 2025 or graduated in 2024).
  • Relevant work experience, including internships.
  • Career ambition for leadership roles within a global organization.
  • Adaptability to change and new assignments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with employees and leaders at all levels.
  • Attention to detail with a strong focus on results.
  • Commercial savvy, including understanding of metrics, budgets, and strategy.
  • Excellent communication and professional presence.
  • Authorization to work in Australia without restriction.
  • Willingness to travel as needed and access to a vehicle.
