ANZ Graduate Engineering Program offers a 2-year rotational experience in innovative teams with a pathway to a full-time Field Service Engineer role.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Complete 4 unique job rotations across teams such as Life Sciences, Lab Equipment, and Chromatography Services
  • Gain real-world experience and leadership exposure from day one
  • Work on high-impact projects, developing communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills
  • Build a strong network and community with the graduate cohort
About You

What you'll need:

  • Final-year Engineering student or recent graduate (2023–2025) majoring in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronic, or Biomedical Engineering
  • Curious, driven, and impact-oriented
  • Keen to learn, grow, and adapt in fast-changing environments
  • Excited by technology, purpose-led work, and fieldwork
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with people at all levels
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Own transport and willingness to travel and work in the field as required
