We are seeking like-minded, high-achieving individuals motivated to join our team and develop our international legal recruitment business.

Whether you are an experienced Recruitment Consultant with 36+ months in the field or a lawyer considering a career change, legal recruitment experience is welcomed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Full 360 role – headhunting and placing legal professionals.
  • Building relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Identifying candidates and building project lists.
  • Contacting potential candidates via database, email, and networking platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Conducting headhunting calls and meetings.
  • Market mapping and reporting on hiring trends.
  • Closing candidates and advising clients and candidates throughout the process.
  • Drafting job adverts and specifications.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 36+ months legal recruitment experience OR 24+ months experience as a lawyer.
  • Bachelor's degree – LLB preferred but not essential.
  • Strong knowledge of legal practice areas.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Passion for contributing to a dynamic organization's growth.
  • Drive for personal and professional development.
  • Proactive, positive, energetic attitude.
