About the Facility

Our major sites include University Hospital Geelong, McKellar Centre in North Geelong, Barwon Health North in Norlane, and various residential aged care facilities across the region. We also deliver mental health, community health, and dental services throughout the Barwon South West Region, including Torquay and Colac.

About the Role

As part of a community-based, multidisciplinary health team, you will support clients and carers to achieve optimal health independence through:

  • Comprehensive, coordinated, and integrated multidisciplinary services
  • Providing client-centered care to community members from diverse backgrounds
  • Contributing to the development and delivery of high-quality, cost-effective community-based psychology services
  • Meeting program and area health team key performance indicators (KPIs)

All activities will adhere to current best practice standards for Social Work and operate according to relevant legislation, policies, and guidelines.
