HEO5) $80,118 - $89,085 salary scale per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.

Fixed-term, full-time position available immediately until 31st December 2025.

An exciting opportunity exists within the Human Resources Branch for a motivated HR Customer service and support team member to join the HR Service Centre team. This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to start a career within HR or looking for an opportunity to broaden their HR Advisory skills.

The HR Service Centre Officer provides timely, accurate and customer-focused service to members of the University regarding all HR-related inquiries either via phone or email. The role also provides support across the HR Branch with updating the HR Website and ensuring HR communication is cascaded to stakeholders.

To be successful you will need:

  • High level of proactive and friendly customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Experience managing customer expectations.
  • Previous experience using a Human Resources Information System is desirable.
  • Previous experience working in a call centre/helpdesk environment is desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to promote the organisational values of integrity, respect, collegiality, excellence, and discovery, and a commitment to positively comply with the associated behaviour expectations.
